Outstanding shares and GDRs

The issued share capital is comprised of 88,832,710 class A shares and 27,796,220 class B shares with a nominal value of GBP 0,01 each.

Also, while there are class A global depositary receipts - representing the right to class A shares – and class B GDRs - representing the right to class B shares – outstanding, the Deposit Agreements between Interbrew Plc and The Bank of New York Mellon as depositary were terminated in June 2021.

Since July 2021, none of the above securities remain listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
