On July 16, 2021, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Interbrew Plc resolved that Interbrew Plc be wound up by a Members’ voluntary winding up and that Ms. Chrystalla Dekatris of the Law Office of Dr. K. Chrysostomides & Co LLC be appointed as liquidator.
